Agreement to These Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the hi666 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between hi666 and you with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements whether oral or written.

Modifications to These Terms

hi666 may request documentary evidence of identity, age, and source of funds at any time in order to comply with its Know Your Customer obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a hi666 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your registration details if any information changes. The following information is required at the time of registration:

Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on hi666. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or via a third party, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hi666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals without prior notice upon discovery of duplicate accounts.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify hi666 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. hi666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Deposit Terms

Bonus Abuse

• Using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or excluded game categories in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures in a manner that was not intended by hi666.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where hi666 reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold and forfeit any balance, and take any other action it considers necessary including reporting to law enforcement agencies. hi666's determination regarding prohibited conduct shall be final and binding subject only to any applicable dispute resolution mechanism set out in these Terms.

Ownership of Content

All content on the hi666 platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of hi666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content without the express written permission of hi666. The hi666 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of hi666 and may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The hi666 platform and all services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. hi666 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the platform including but not limited to any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi666 disclaims all warranties.

Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if hi666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall hi666's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

Termination by hi666

hi666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months, or any other reason hi666 considers necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its players.

Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your hi666 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, hi666 will process any eligible remaining balance subject to the completion of all outstanding wagering requirements and verification obligations. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under our Responsible Gaming policy and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

Right to Amend

hi666 may update or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page. Severability
